Voice System Services
Telinks Managed Voice System Services: Coverage- Remote Technical Support 8 x 5, provides reactive remote support for all eligible Support Products anywhere in Canada.
Telinks will provide troubleshooting and technical support. We will even engage OEM’s to replace defective units or to escalate an issue. Our service is to maintain and support telephony systems for current and future releases.
Telinks Managed Services
Telinks Managed Services provides your company with:
- Data backup to save off-site in the event of a system failure (every 6 months)
- Initial evaluation of components, versions and license information.
- Up to 5 hours/month of maintenance work which includes remote technical & programming support for your company’s voice administrator, additional call flows, hunt groups, etc. or to upgrade your company’s voice system feature set for increased productivity.
- Annual reviews with your Telinks Account Executive and IPO Engineer on the operating status of your system, new capabilities on the horizon, and more.
- Software patches and upgrades.
- Remote monitoring of the system.
